Large room, perfectly clean, and had a coffee pot, microwave, and refrigerator. The mattress and pillows were really comfortable. Staff was nice and attentive. Definitely a good stay overall 😊

The clean, spacious King Room had a refreshing ambience. Unfortunately, the front desk staff provided poor service during check-in.

I was appalled by the rude service at check-in. I accidentally booked the wrong room, and the staff were unhelpful, even going behind my back refusing a refund. To make matters worse, I ended up having to sleep in the cold with my baby due to their negligence.

I thought i could expect true hospitality, but the front desk was downright rude. They charged me for a late check-out, no heads-up at all. How can a hotel with coffee pots not even provide it in a good spot? Absolutley embarrassing. Almost gave a good review, but who can praise a place like this?

We had Hearing Accessible room with a pull out couch, refrigerator and nice bathroom facilities, which was important. Overall the service was excellent.

fairly clean, reasonable value hotel, the location was marvellous near downtown and convention center as well as interstate. we stayed at the spotlessly clean and huge room with all key amenities and refrigerator and a pull out couch.

great access to parks and local attractions for city explorers

I had a pleasant stay in a recently remodeled room that was supervery comfy and tidy, and being able to easily walk to the nearby Temple Railroad & Heritage Museum, just a little over 2 km away, and West Temple Park, less than a 5-minute walk, made my exploration of the city so enjoyable.

The staff was genuinely friendly,, and they swiftly accommodated my requests. The room service option was a good surprise! Maintaining cleanliness and providing fresh drinking water at no extra cost.

It was just a balanced option for a mini-vacation in Temple with fantastic value. The room I stayed in was quite spacious, offering plenty of space to relax after a long day. Make sure to clarify extra fees upon check-in to avoid surprises.
